One-to-Many Timely Full-Duplex Intercom

This solution comprises one chairman microphone and multiple delegate microphones. At any given time, one chairman microphone and one delegate microphone can be active. The chairman microphone remains continuously online, while delegate microphones require a button press for access. Delegate microphones can either automatically exit or be remotely controlled by the chairman to exit.
