Our Company's After Sales Service Methods

1.Consultation Service: Users encountering any issues during use can call for consultation.

2.Replacement Service: Within the replacement period, if the product exhibits quality issues caused by the manufacturer, users can exchange it for a new one free of charge (for appearance damage, warranty treatment).

3.Warranty Service: Within the warranty period, if the product encounters quality issues, users can visit the local after-sales service center to avail themselves of warranty service. If there is no local after-sales service center, users can authorize dealers to handle the warranty service.

4.Repair Service: Within the repair period, if the product has quality issues, users can visit the local after-sales service center or authorize dealers to request repair services.

Quality Problems Occurring Under Normal Use from the Date of Purchase by the User

1.Complete machine replacement within three months, free maintenance within one year, limited maintenance within three years.

2.Parts damaged are under free warranty for two years.

Notes:

1.The purchase date is based on the purchase invoice date (if no purchase invoice, the production date is considered).

2.The company does not provide after-sales service for products without barcodes or serial numbers.

3.Quality issues do not include subjective objections regarding sound quality or tone by the user.

4.Replacement and warranty services are only valid under normal use: damage caused by human factors (such as dismantling by the user, inappropriate connections, using inappropriate power voltage, failure to follow instructions, etc.), damage caused during transportation or accidents, force majeure, unauthorized repairs, and modifications not approved by the company are not covered under replacement or free maintenance. Repair services may be subject to appropriate charges.

5.For discontinued models, the company provides only functional repairs (the appearance may differ from the original product).

Warranty services do not include the casing, manual, or packaging.

When requesting service, please bring the original warranty card and purchase invoice. Please keep the warranty card and purchase invoice properly. Any alterations to the warranty card render it invalid.
